In the Business of Project Cargo
When it comes to cargo, we get the job done. Our flexible “can-do” attitude is complemented with an open door policy and easy access to Port management and decision makers. Our well-trained, highly productive, labor force is focused on your unique requirements and optimal cargo throughput.
Safe and Fast
Our secure, clean, well-maintained port complex and effective berth management will get you to a berth fast. Committed pilots and purpose-built tugs provide quick approach and departure with less than a one-hour approach and 30 minute departure.
Expert Stevedoring
High and heavy-lift lo-lo cargoes and other port services are efficiently handled by various stevedoring companies located at the Port of Hueneme. These include two Liebherr LHM 420 cranes and one 320 mobile harbor crane, owned by Ports America and two Liebherr LHM 420 hybrid mobile cranes, owned by Ceres Marine Terminals Inc. The skilled stevedores and labor force work together, combining their abilities with the Port’s adaptable facilities to ensure rapid load outs and discharges of all ocean-going project cargoes.
