Oxnard Harbor District Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy – Annual Report

This annual report has been developed under the guidance and direction of the Oxnard Harbor District Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Committee. It outlines the requirements that must be met to qualify for assistance under most Economic Development Administration (EDA) programs. Public Law 105-393, the Economic Development Administration Reform Act of 1998, and the Public Works and Economic Development Act (PWEDA) of 1965, as amended, require a strategy to qualify for assistance under EDA public works programs, economic adjustment, and most planning programs.

Please note: the data reflected in this CEDS are subject to change as it is updated each year with new statistics.
